Elizabeth Burton, NP, nurse practitioner working with Dr. Thomas Reilly at Indiana Spine Group, dedicates her time treating and educating patients with spinal pathology and osteoporosis and focuses on disease and infection prevention.  Liz works in both the clinical and OR setting wherein she is responsible for conducting physical exams, pre and post-op evaluations and preventative health care.

Amber Cox, PA-C, is a physician assistant with Indiana Spine Group. She specializes in the care and treatment of patients with spinal diseases and disorders. Ms. Cox works under the supervision of Paul Kraemer, M.D. As part of her comprehensive responsibilities, Ms. Cox conducts physical examinations, orders and interprets tests, counsels patients on preventive health care, assists physicians in surgery and helps patients with preoperative and postoperative care in both the hospital and office setting.

Jaclyn Demeter, PA-C, MPAS is a physician assistant with Indiana Spine Group. She is dedicated to the care and treatment of patients with orthopedic spine disorders. Ms. Demeter works in the clinic, hospital settings, and the operating room. She evaluates patients, provides preoperative and postoperative care, conducts physical examinations, orders and interprets tests, and counsels patients under the supervision of Joseph D. Smucker, MD.

Cassie Golden, NP, is a nurse practitioner with Indiana Spine Group. She specializes in the care and treatment of patients with spinal diseases and disorders and is under the supervision of Dr. Rick Sasso, M.D. Cassie’s responsibilities include: conducting physical examinations, placing orders and interpreting tests, counseling patients on preventive health care, assisting physicians in surgery and helping patients with preoperative and postoperative care in both the hospital and office setting.

Ali Pelych, PA-C, MPAS is a physician assistant with Indiana Spine Group. She specializes in the care and treatment of patients with spinal diseases and disorders under the supervision of Dr. Justin Miller, M.D. As part of her comprehensive responsibilities, Ms. Pelych conducts physical examinations, orders and interprets tests, counsels patients on preventive health care, assists physicians in surgery and helps patients with preoperative and postoperative care in both the hospital and office setting.

Jennifer L. Turner, PA-C, is a physician assistant with Indiana Spine Group. Specializing in the care and treatment of patients with spinal diseases and disorders, Ms. Turner works under the supervision of Kenneth L. Renkens, M.D., F.A.C.S. As a part of her comprehensive responsibilities, she conducts physical examinations, orders tests, educates patients on preventive health care, assists Dr. Renkens in surgery, and helps patients with their preoperative and postoperative care. Ms. Turner also assists Dr. Renkens with many spinal related research projects and is a sub-investigator in IRB studies.

Cari Walker, NP, is a compassionate, dedicated and patient-focused nurse practitioner with Dr. Rick Sasso at Indiana Spine Group.  She is responsible for determining appropriate diagnostics and therapeutic procedures with both in and out patients and conducts medical histories and physical examinations for new and established patients.  Cari performs routine post-op evaluations and urgent evaluations in the spine surgical setting and serves as a team leader.
